I had the pleasure to work with Brian Bugiada, in an attempt to correct issues with my order. Brian exceeded my expectations within 5mins of picking up the call. He was very professional, concise, knowledgeable, and transparent. He explained what was going on and collected the appropriate information to resolve the issues. He also provided a followup email with my order details, in which I requested that he send a survey link. To be honest, I was intending to cancel the order and request a refund but this experience change my mind set. They say you can place a price on customer service but Brian is worth his weight in gold when it comes to professionalism and service to customer.

David was great. I was looking for shocks and Firestone Airbag kit with compressor. He quickly checked on availability and processed my order. Told me where my items would be shipped from and helped all along the way.

Customer service took my order by phone. I answered all of their questions, grabbed measuring tape to give all info that was needed to place the order. Monday I get e-mails that they need more info of vehicle because the rep did not enter it into the system. My concern was am I getting the incorrect order. So I suggested maybe the order should not be placed since the info was not entered properly and next guy says ok have a good day. Really... great business ethics huh.
